Lemmon Climb

Last Saturday Kelly and Kendra and I went up Mount Lemmon. Kendra had a spot that she wanted to visit. It was pretty neat, kind of a rock spur off of the mountain. When we got there, we ate a picnic. Kelly make killer banana bread, Kendra brought chicken and juice, and I brought potato salad. Twas a good meal, and a great view. I’ll post some photos in a minute. Actually, the way down was a lot of fun too. We watched the sunset, and then started down. By the time we got down, it was definitely dark. Stumbling down a mountain trail can be fun, try it sometime. Driving down the mountain, we saw the then-small Florida fire, which is southeast of downtown Tucson, and now much bigger.
